We aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible, we usually ship and dispatched 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within this time frame you will be informed.
NB: Please note that in the month of December shipping time might increase. Due to a high volume of orders, the estimated dispatch time is 1-5 business days.
Our main shipping currier is DHL. We ship with DHL express, which delivered most items within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
We ship all our orders from our London inventory facilities. The estimated delivery time once your order ships is 3-business day with DHL express.
Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee.
L.CUPPINI LTD is not liable for lost or delayed packages and incorrect shipping information. Once the label is addressed, you will receive an email confirmation with the DHL tracking number. Once the item(s) is shipped and in the care of DHL please contact your perspective country’s DHL customer service for any additional information and questions in regards to the shipment. Should the tracking information state that the item(s) is delivered when it is not, contact DHL immediately.
If your item doesn’t fit you or is faulty, we are happy to exchange or refund you, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and unworn, within 7 days of receipt. We do ask that you include proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
If you select the “pick up in store” option you will have the opportunity to try on your purchase upon collection. If you decide you no longer want the item while collecting it you can ask to be refunded or exchange it. Unless we are informed that the item is a gift you will not have the opportunity to be refunded after you have left with the item. With the exemption of a faulty item.
Pre-order orders are not eligible for refund, only exchange.
NB: If your purchase was made using a discount code or the item was purchased on sale it is only eligible for exchange, not refund.
How to make a return:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com adding RETURN and Order Number in the subject line (example RETURN#1346) and we will assist you in making the return as easy as possible.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (email@example.com) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
