Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. No explanation is needed, if it's not for you, that's ok! You will need to contact us within 7-days of receiving your order. NB the item can not be used nor show signs of being worn. 

HOW TO RETURN

  • Email help@lcuppini.com within 7 days of receiving your order. if you contact us and initiate a return after the 7-day period you are no longer eligible for a refund. (The 7 days start the same day the courier has delivered your parcel)  
  • Add RETURN and Order Number in the subject line (example RETURN#1346)
  • We will get back to you within 48 hours and offer you the option of a prepaid shipping label through DHL, they will collect it at your home or a chosen location. Or give you shipping instructions if you wish to arrange shipping yourself. Returns and pick up through DHL is charged at £10 for UK orders and £20 for international orders. 
  • Once we have received your order a refund will be issued within 48 hours. 
  • Customers will only receive a refund that is the same amount of purchased product/products. The shipping charge is not refunded. 
  • NB: Orders marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible for return 
  • If the item is faulty please include images in your email detailing the issue and we will send you a return shipping label free of charge. 

Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. . Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.*

L.CUPPINI do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

If you choose to arrange the shipping of your return we kindly ask that you include proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

NB: If your purchase was made using a discount code or the item was purchased on sale it is only eligible for exchange, not refund.
