Order Processing time

Processing time: We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of placement. You’ll be notified if any delay occurs (e.g., during busy holiday periods)

Shipping Options & Rates

UK (Domestic)

  • Standard delivery (DHL Express): Free for orders over £600, otherwise free standard delivery within 1–3 business days

  • Same‑day courier delivery (London only): £20 for orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays. ID and order confirmation required. Not available on all items—availability confirmed after ordering

International (Worldwide)

  • Flat Shipping Rate: £30, via DHL Express. Delivery in 1–4 business days on average

  • Free shipping on international orders above £600

  • Import duties & taxes: These may apply and must be paid by the recipient. DHL often collects these prior to delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return or exchange an item, it must be unworn and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please email help@lcuppini.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free. We’ll provide a DHL label, arrange collection, and deliver the new item at no cost.

Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For a smooth return process, we offer:

NB: Items purchased on sale are only eligible for exchange or store credit — not a full refund.

REFUND POLICY

Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund.

Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank. Processing times vary between banks, so please contact your bank directly for more information. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process.

 Order Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Track your parcel directly on the DHL website for UK and International orders, US is shipped and tracked with UPS.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Cancel or edit an order / change shipping address: Email help@lcuppini.com as soon as possible. We'll try to support your request, but early shipping means we mayn't be able to change it once processing begins

Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
  • If delivery is delayed significantly, we’ll contact you.

  • We aren’t responsible for packages marked "delivered" but not received. Please file a claim with DHL .

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we’ll investigate

  • DHL requires a signature upon delivery, unless you opt out. Not opting in may limit DHL's ability to assist with missing packages

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur local customs fees, VAT, or import duties. These are collected by DHL and must be paid before delivery. Note: these are not shipping charges
