Please note, L.CUPPINI is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
Please note that we require DHL to collect signature upon delivering your order. DHL will allow you to opt-out of this option, if you have opted-out of signed delivery only DHL will be able to potentially assist in locating your package.
RETURNS
To return an item please email help@lcuppini.com within 7-days of receiving your order.
The item can not be used nor show signs of being worn.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for return, only exchange.
Exchanges are free please also contact us within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange.
Email help@lcuppini.com within 7 days of receiving your order. if you contact us and initiate a return after the 7-day period you are no longer eligible for a refund. (The 7 days start the same day the courier has delivered your parcel)
Add RETURN or EXCHANGE and Order Number in the subject line (example RETURN#1346)
We will get back to you within 48 hours and offer you the option of a prepaid shipping label through DHL, they will collect it at your home or a chosen location. Or give you shipping instructions if you wish to arrange shipping yourself. Returns and pick up through DHL is charged at £10 for UK orders and £35 for international orders.
Once we have received your order a refund will be issued within 13 days.
Customers will only receive a refund that is the same amount of purchased product/products. The shipping charge is not refunded.
