The Anouska Fox Fur Coat is made from 100% natural fox fur. This timeless coat is designed to be an oversized look, as the coat has a lush natural thick fur. The oversized style makes your legs looks slimmer and elongated.

    Extremely Misleading Product Representation

    I ordered the Anouska Brown jacket based on the photos and videos shown on the website, all of which feature a grey-dominant coat with cool tones and only subtle warm accents. The jacket I received, however, was completely different — overwhelmingly orange/brown with almost no grey. It looked far closer to their Anouska Golden style than the product advertised.

    I fully understand that natural, undyed fox fur can vary, but natural variation does not turn a grey-based jacket into a warm, golden one. The difference was so substantial that the item fell into a different color category altogether.

    I contacted the company multiple times by email and WhatsApp and was initially ignored. When they finally responded, they dismissed the clear discrepancy as “natural variation,” even though their own showcase photos do not display anything remotely similar to the jacket I received.

    The lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge the obvious mismatch was disappointing. Customers rely on accurate product photos, and this experience was misleading.

    I cannot recommend purchasing from this brand based on my experience.

    On our product page, we include a clear note stating that the color of the Anouska Brown varies, and we also showcase and tag multiple customers wearing this exact style. These photos reflect the natural range of tones found in the Anouska Brown collection. Some coats appear more grey based, while others display warmer brown or orange hues.

    Because the fur used is 100% natural and comes from multi colored fox, it is impossible for us to guarantee that any two coats will look identical. Each fox has its own unique color proportions and pattern variations, which means every coat will be one of a kind. This is why color differences can occur and why no two Anouska Brown coats will ever have the exact same balance of tones.

    We appreciate you sharing your feedback and your photo, as it allows others to see how beautiful the coat looks while also helping us continue improving communication and transparency.
