We offer express shipping worldwide. We will dispatch your order 1-3 business days after you have placed it. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within this timeframe we will contact you. 

We ship with DHL express, which delivered most items within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

We ship all our orders from our London inventory facilities. The estimated delivery time once your order ships is 3-business days with DHL express.  

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. No explanation is needed, if it's not for you, that's ok! You will need to contact us within 7-days of receiving your order. NB the item can not be used nor show signs of being worn.

• Add RETURN and Order Number in the subject line (example RETURN#1346)
• We will get back to you within 48 hours and offer you a prepaid shipping label through DHL, they will collect it at your home (or a chosen location). Or give you shipping instructions if you wish to arrange to ship yourself.

Customers will only receive a refund that is the same amount of purchased product/products. The shipping charge is not refunded. 

NB: Orders marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible for return

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient.
